... the front of the awning on as we have found that unless it’s chucking it down we don’t need it on and it’s good to be able to retreat under for some shade when he sun gets too hot. ... We had four taxis, 6 in each. They were really nice, spacious vans, and ours accommodated Phil’s rollator (he has Parkinson’s) and then an old geezer and I, with our canes, sat in the first row of seats. It worked out well.

It was about a 30 minute drive, and unlike the buses that would drop you off a long walk from the city center, the taxis were able to drop us off and pick us up right on the Markt (sic) ...

... complaint I had is that it rained all day,so it was tough to get good pictures, and we were wet and cold. Still, we made the trek through the rain to see the Manneken Pis-The symbol of Brussels, which is a statue of a little boy peeing.
