Status report: Up 0645 CET perky: Yet again an LSD dream filled night but this time attributable to the lobster and shrimp in garlic butter/(with frites - ordered to the horror of the chef) washed down with Belgian Beer. The latter explaining the slight dull ache in my left sinus. ... the front of the awning on as we have found that unless it’s chucking it down we don’t need it on and it’s good to be able to retreat under for some shade when he sun gets too hot. We were having breakfast under the awning today so I came out of the van and slipped my clogs on to get the table ready and I thought that my right foot felt a bit uncomfortable. After 5am alarm yesterday morning, we left Black Horse Farm Caravan Club site for the 20 minute journey to Dover. The weather was wet and cold - other then in Scotland, I think it is about the only time we have caught a ferry in the rain! Anyway, it stopped as we boarded and left the berth a little later than the 7.35am scheduled time.
