... lunch. I met him at the airport and he was really nice. The lunch was great and we stayed and watched tv until like three. After that I went to Sara's house, and learned some more italian. My host sister and her boyfriend picked me and sara up, and we all went to the park. I FINALLY SAW SOMETHING GREEN. It was finally not just buildings and streets!! The park was awesome and I was the champion of volleyball. I went to sleep and wednesday was over..... ...

... is cushioned! We make it to the airport with all our bags and head to pick up our tank, sorry car. We've got a Ford Galaxy with 8 seats (leather), a sunroof, tray tables for the boys and more random compartments than we could possibly use. There's no shortage of room and we load up, fire up tom tom and head towards the autostrade bound for Como. ... made our way to the night performance of the Tree of Life. It was very beautiful to watch and even funnier to watch people filming it. There were sooooo many phones, cameras, ipads and tablets in the air. Woah. I took a few photos and enjoyed watching the most spectacular part of the day.

After this, we all went to the gift shop and found a calender for 125euro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! About $200!!!!! We were all tired and headed back to the car and went ...

Today, after waking up late again today, me and Davide decided to drive to Lago di Como today... (Lake Como)! Woo hoo!

We didn't have anything to eat for breakfast and drove straight there. It took about an hour and a bit to arrive at Como but as there were no spots, we kept driving. We drove about 20 minutes away and stopped at a couple of places but couldn't find any where open or serving a proper meal. We decided we would have better luck back in the main city. ... are visible. Our ticket allowed us only fifteen minutes in the room to view the painting. Could have used more time. This was a highlight.  After the long day of historical, religious and cultural training it was time for the other side of Milan- fabulous food and drink- and nightlife, if we can stay awake that long.
