I had read it was a nice bike ride to the beach. So we decided hire the bikes and then set off with a rough direction of where to go. We stopped at a shop and Erin went in asked for directions. They seamed easy enough, but we believe he thought we were in a car and sent us to the nice beach but it was further way, the path took us along a main road, under some bridges over some bridges and into the countryside. ... we visited the Historium which is a 35 minute attraction of what it was like to live in Bruges during the Middle Ages. More window shopping afterwards, and then back to the hotel for a rest. For dinner tonight we went with a Rick Steves recommendation. Restaurant De Koeste was only a few blocks away, and were we had a wonderful dinner. I had steak, and Carolyn finally got her Mussels.
