We left the hotel at 6 am but that meant that we were also the first group to start down and the temperature wasn't too hot and the sun didn't bake us when we were in the lower part of the Gorge in the middle of the day. Packed up and alarms set for a 4 number... YEP... A 4 Number!! Ready for what we hoped would not become The Terrible, Horrible, No Good Very Bad Travel Day! It was going to be quick and easy and we would be home in the blink of an eye!! ;)
