... the plane to Osaka. It taxied for 25 minutes. I thought we were driving to Osaka. The flight was only 35 minutes but Dennis and I were both in extremis. Our guide from Tauck was waiting for us right outside of luggage and our car was right outside of the door. So we rode to the St Regis. It took about 30 minutes. Check in was very smooth (we think). I have no idea what we signed but we got to our room and fell into bed at ...
Today was a rather quiet day, which was actually nice for a change. I had only three classes, all in a row, but I didn't have to do much. All were first year classes, and all loud as usual. (probably in their early or mid-twenties) while they were enjoying
their Saturday night by drinking on the station steps. They ...
