    ... with their country stamp.

It is quiet and pleasant to walk around the back streers of the little town. These people were the local Montagard people (a minority group) who were moved from Dalat when the French were here. Most houses we pass are surrounded by coffee beans that are drying in the sun and needing to be turned over every 3 hours. I thought they had gravel outside on the ground at first...but I'm not all that stupid, Darren thought so too!

We rented a motorbike for two days and saw the city as well as the landscape surrounding it. ...

... we were shown how locals make super strong rice wine. Rice is steamed and then mixed with yeast and left to ferment in huge barrels. Water is then added and then the mix is distilled. Hoan assured us that the alcohol has medicinal qualities such as cooling fevers, curing colds and fixing... ehm... marital issues 'one person drinks and it makes two people happy'. The most unusual drink they have on offer was a huge jar of rice wine containing 7 snakes, 2 lizzards and a bird. ...
