I saw about 30 major ships scattered about in a waiting area in he middle of the river waiting to get into the passageway into BA port. Because the river/sea is relatively calm this is an ideal port area.

... The streets are filled with porches, BMWs and other expensive vehicles. The people are dressed in casual yet crisp, pressed clothing. They are beautiful.
