After a couple of bus rides we arrived to the wonderful quiet town of Manantiales where we visited Soli and Anita, old friends of Lane from Aspen! Learned a few dishes including the tom yum soup, the pad thai, the spring roll, the duck and water mellon salad, etc. We each got a taste of the famous sea bass and the teacher told us how it's made.
