Day didn't start so well, John very sick (Matthew's going away present for John) so while he was in bed I rode my bike all around Goes with Sonia, we went to the Tuesday market, drank coffee at her favourite coffee shop, shopped for beautiful bread, and "biked" around the beautiful lanes. Like living in a fairy tale.

... that I thought he would be the perfect boyfriend. Tour groups can be very high school. It didn't really bother me too much, it's not like it's incorrect information. And I guess it's easier than telling him myself, or not telling him and then him getting a girlfriend. So he knows. But of course nothing would happen because we don't live in the same city. Although I'm contemplating asking him what he's doing in August and seeing if I can tag on to his travel plans... So ...

... so we got to try this Belgian specialty without having to eat a whole big bucketful. Pretty tasty! We were pretty tired and decided to get back to the room so the laundry lady could do the wash. 8:00 o' clock, the earliest night yet. ... waiting for the tide to turn, and then we went straight to Zierikzee going under the longest bridge either of us has seen. We passed a red and white "safe water" mark buoy called Roompot marking the entrance to our harbour, so we then came into the canal and harbour of Zierikzee.

John brought Spring Tide into a mooring alongside another English boat. Peter and Claire helped us with the lines to raft off, red and rose wines outside whilst in was still nice. ...

... It is the biggest port in Europe, employing 300000+ people. It was quite interesting to see, but I didn't want to stick around.

The place we stayed in was very nice and very reasonably priced, so we decided to stay an extra night. It was a conference hotel in a country location, and again, we were almost the only people there. It was half the price of any other hotel I could find..I don't get it. Anyway...
