... to ride to Indianapolis and then home from Houston, plus the hundred or so that only completed part of the Legacy Run, there could easily be over 150.000 miles ridden in the cause's name. We do not know USA Stats with bike accidents but it this Legacy Run has averaged about 1x accident in every 50,000 miles of riding. We will let you make your own minds up.

Following Olivia's suggestion, we headed off to Amsterdam Central Station to catch a bus to Marken, a seaport 30 min north. Talking with a station guide, it was cheaper to buy day tickets, with the added advantage of allowing multiple stops. We also got an information pamphlet, briefly describing the other seaports the buses visit.
