Days 11 and 12: Pisa, Florence and Rome

Day 10: Florence

On our way there, we walked through a little alleyway where school children were being let out for the day and families were there picking them up (no one was in a car; everyone walked or rode bikes). Palacio Pitti and Bobili Gardens
... garden complex. The gardens were great, as was the weather. There were sculptures, reflecting pools built along and up and over ridge here. In addition to the garden walks and fountains there was a ceramic museum, and a costume museum, which Barb viewed as I rested and edited photos and otherwise recovered.
