... didn't rise, then, just as bike dismantling was about done, pitter patter of rain started and a mad rush to get stuff packed in the boot. The nice dry awning is now wet again and we're hoping the rain stops overnight to dry it out. Another 30 mins or so and everything would have been packed away nice and dry. 8.30 pm and it's still raining steadily..... We have also had a power cut this evening and did consider cooking the dinner on Gill's red, hot swollen ...

... kilometres in a shady pine forest. This area is not really on the tourist route so there were no cafes to stop at so we bought an ice cream at Nevcehle village store and found a swing seat, in the shade for our ice cream break. We love this resort so much that we decided to stay another day and night. The photos of Pocatky were taken from a 16th. century bell tower. We were inside at 12 noon but the bells didn't ring. Thank goodness.

Photo of the time keeper's "nest" are included.

    We both had massages today.

The prettiest town I've ever stayed in.

... 1770, I had a look around the Church of the Mother of God founded in the 13th Century and we walked back through the forest to the main town square.

I then visited a gallery where a local artist has painted many of the fašades of the buildings around the square. There had been a market going on inside the castle grounds that were just closing as I arrived so I had a look at the castle park, then climbed the Castle Tower. This was ...
