I’m typing this sitting forward of the wheelhouse as we cruise down the river/canal from Antwerp. Our boat has folded down the sun deck, windows concertina horizontally, and the wheelhouse is down at it lowest level. The “helmsman”? has his head sticking out through a hole in the roof.
