... was a bit of a blizzard. Also it was a Sunday so obviously nothing was open. We decided to go for a bit of a drive anyway, just to explore and have something to do. We went to St.Gilgen first which is a little town on a lake, it was very small but we walked around anyway. I'm sure the view from there would have been amazing if we could see it a bit better! ... and laughter ( and occasionally tears). Their was also plenty of tobogganing around the village and our apartments. The village being located in a valley, and with the alps as a backdrop provided scenery and an environment that is a truly picturesue. On Christmas Eve, we had the traditional Lange family get together, and even managed to squeeze into the local church for a half of the service. ... Alex had an awesome time but it was all a little too much for Samatha. She tried hard, but it was to scary. Alex continued with the lesson and learnt a little more control. Dave and I then team tagged skiing and looking after Samatha. I spent the last 1 and 1/2 hours with Alex skiing. We had a great time and did some great ski runs (some harder than I expected). Alex gained more control and can't wait until tomorrow for more skiing. ...
