      ... satisfaction. It’s all real, in many ways it is as tough but not as hard as climbing Everest. But just like mountains, the memory of suffering fades and only the beauty, satisfaction and pride remain. There are many more mountains out there. So I will go back. I’m already spinning indoors during the dark of early November evenings. It’s just a question of when - and which event. Stay tuned.

      ... 40 sec explanation of the basic sites on Girona we began our journey to explore and walk the city wall - not before going around in a few circles first mind you.
