Speaking about Yucca - I have eaten it in Gandia, my next stop after Valencia. It is medium large city, calm and peaceful. There are some hills and a beach few kilometers from the city borders. Nice place to stay for three days and rest before rest of the trip just as I did.

On my way to Madrid, needed some peace after visiting the manic Benidorm. Found a rural B&B called Casa Epona in the market town of Sax on the main A31 road to Madrid. Oh what peace and tranquility.
