  • (Café) Cortado: A shot of espresso topped up with a small amount of milk (often served in a glass) – not quite a macchiato as no foam, closer to a Noisette in France but with milk rather than cream
  • (Café) Sombra: A Cortado with increased milk
  • (Café) Nube: A Sombra with even more milk, Nube means cloud in Spanish

... onto a horse! The breakfast was served on the terrace with breathtaking mountain views, no cooked breaky but i got full anyway on fruit, cereals, yoghurts, toast, coissants, the owner really couldnt do enough for us. There is a pool and a large garden with shaded areas, pergodas and lovely quiet places to sit and read or just relax. All this for only €25 euros a night, i could have stayed forever. Thank you Casa Epona and will definately come again on my next trip. ...
