We left the resort and travelled to the Eklingji Temple. Eklingnath Temple is dedicated to the Lord Shiva of the Hindu religion. I have no photos of the temple because cameras are forbidden. Also, we had to leave behind in our bus all leather items including my belt and my watch strap.

... As a result, there are a lot of places where westerners can shop, eat, or get a nice coffee, or chai tea. It is also where the movie Octopussy was filmed. After we had our fill of wandering around, we returned to our neighborhood. We went for a delicious lunch at a lakeside restaurant called Ambrai. The food was amazing, and we made a reservation for dinner at the same place so we could sit and look out over the lake to the palace lights.
