        Pindang Sekanak...A Wonderful Dish

        ... However, the reason we came here was to try out another specialty dish of fish called Pindang Sekanak.

        This fish is steamed and then cooked in spicy soy sauce. The soy sauce has been left to soak with chillies for at least 30 days thus making it extremely spicy.
