... scary. We enjoyed a lovely antipasto lunch that we had bought the night before along with some local delicacies forms of meats that Christianne had brought, not to forget the chocolate, which I have confirmed with the French is lovely wrapped in bread. We then caught the cog train back down the mountain. On the way back on the ferry I met a guy wearing an Australian cricket wind heater, I asked him about it but it seems that he had bought it from the queen ...

... to start us off while we mulled over the menu. Dad and Jason, surprise surprise got the sausages... which apparently were the best yet. It was a nice dinner all round and by the time we were finished we were the last in the restaurant - a far cry to what we were used to in Italy with its late dinner habits.

The girls night out in Vienna proved to be a huge success. I mean, I know it’s hard to top a €2 kebab from Naschmarkt (which were so large we all appeared with child post-consumption), but really, the night just got better and better. The following day with a trip up to Mount Pilatus in mind we again set off for Luzern and the ferry pier across from the Station. We missed the boat by the skin of our teeth again! Watching it depart the pier and swing towards Alpnachstad we resolved to try another destination but to where?
