... the very next day. This was fortunate because by bus we rode for another 12 hours from Puno to Cusco. In Cusco, we encountered the 'Festival of the Sun' joyfully celebrated by locals and tourists. Embodied around the Incan new year, June 21, the festival showcased traditional dancers, art, food and celebrations on Cusco's streets. It's funny in shops they will sometimes smile and look like they want to help, but as soon as you don't buy everything in the shop they look like you have just peed on the floor. When we got home we realised just how intense the sun is here. Chris had layered ...

... fallen in love with. An oldest inhabited city with narrow pavement streets, many archaeological sites/church and colourful market with mountains surrounding. It is filled with tourist but not too much to put me off. We've walked around and found an Irish pub and they had some home food that we missed. It is the highest Irish pub in the world, sitting at 3,100m above sea ...
