    ... to a huge shopping and dining complex called Canal City. The complex is comprised of the Grand Hyatt Hotel that is surrounded by 4 levels of shops in 3 buildings.     ... we hopped onto a bus that took us to the starting point of our boat ride along the network of canals that flow through the city. It was a beautiful sunny day - perfect!     ... this crater. You got great views to Aso town and we saw this perfect cone shaped little hill which once was also a volcano. It was getting pretty windy and when we walked back down the steps, we were blowing all over the place. I have never known such strong winds.     ... When you arrive, the beds are packed away and they prepare them for you later. There was a low table and we had green tea, a teapot and a hot water container. Through some doors was a seating area, a bit like a conservatory. Then there was an outdoor balcony with more seating looking out into the forest. It was amazing.
