After I arrived at Narita International Airport at 23:00, I stayed overnight in a couch of the airport. On the next day, I headed for Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. The temple is famous and popular among Japanese and I was eager to go some day. When I arrived at the temple, there were only few visitors in the temple. I felt a bit uncomfortable at first, but I enjoyed strolling in their quiet garden behind the temple ...

Much more fun to take pictures of the crazy and cool stuff in the windows and the buildings. I did however manage to find an affordable hat....and have a nice lunch. Late one night we caught a little bit of a ...

... neighbors one could wish for as their sage advice is always candid and dependable. And to Ron, for the ride to the airport and hopefully picking me up when I land so I didn't have to leave my car there (and pay for parking) and drive home in a mind fog. To Andrea for keeping in touch, to Marilyn for offering the welcome home've all contributed to this magical adventure for me.
      Thanks, and cheers,
