Sunrise at Kas and the dabdabai experience

When we started to see the orange of the sun we got to a clear nice view point and stopped the vehicle and got off.

Bamnali and Kaas

We started walking the plateau in search of flowers we had not clicked the previous day.
We had to wait for uncle to meet us at the plateau with our breakfast and he was to show us the Barmani flower( a nice bright red flower) and tell us the arrangements for the launch.
A quick half an hour in the plateau and we met uncle and he took us around to other parts of the plateau for ...

... back to the house. A little about the house. The place we stayed is a nice brick house about 10 kms from the Kaas plateau. A simple place with just one hall and one room.
Mohan , the caretaker cum cook was staying in the building right next to ours.
We freshened up and went straight to lunch.
The most amazing lunch I must say. As we were enjoing our lunch, it started to rain.. Rain turned heavier and in no time we were experiencing a Hailstorm...yes ...
Venna Lake and slopes
