I would have said 'yes' to any of the first 3 that they threw down but I kept watching Mama and her grimaced face and stern voice for direction. This was all part of the act in negotiating. From the winding hill roads we descended to the heat of the plains. The air was furnace like, and sticking our hands out of the window we got such a blast of hot air.
Arriving in Chandigarh it was a surprise to see big wide roads borded by so much greenery and open spaces. It was just not your average Indian city.
