    ... it is very windy and very rough. Tender boats are needed here and if they say it is unsafe no one will be allowed to leave the ship. Unfortunately this proves to be the case. They allowed disembarking passengers off but those who were only visiting briefly had to stay on board. The upper decks were crowded and the wind fierce for the offshore photo shoots. There will be many upswept / wind tousled records of this moment ...

    Crete-the wine, the food, the hospitality and kitties! Crete is known for the cats-a pretty healthy bunch of semi-feral cats that are all over the island.     Santorini, classically Thera, and officially Thira; is located in the southern Aegean Sea and part of an island chain (archipelago). The chain was created from a single island due to a huge volcanic eruption. One theory suggests that the Thera eruption was actually where the Atlantis legend originated.

    Today was a free day so the same crazy group that walked the hot road got together for breakfast and decided to hit the little shops and archeological museum.

    Before the museum, we stopped back by the Lions Square and had the famous cream Bougatsa and a frappe!! Wow :)
