So we're now on route to Ljubljana capital of Slovenia. Our 4th Capital city this trip and 8th country crossed. We're 6 miles short of 1500miles into our trip and it's been amazing so far. ... was a mixture of Hungarian and German as it seemed to be goulashes, stews and sausages! We shared a plate of Slovenian cheeses to start – some were nice, but some were pretty rubbery. For the main, I had eaten enough goulash in Hungary so I went for a spicy sausage with mustard and potatoes – it was pretty tasty, and I had a nice glass of wine to wash it down with.
