We have returned to Italy after having a week of family time in London with David, Laura and baby Lucas. Our objective was to reach Trento and to visit the north-east corner of Italy. This region is home to the majestic Dolomites, a mountain range in the northern Italian Alps, numbering 18 peaks which rise to above 3,000 metres and cover 141,903 ha. ... On ship for 5 hours stopping at all little amazing towns dropping of all the tourists at little ports on the way. Eventuality arrived at Peschiera at 7.45pm. Went straight to restaurant near our hotel feeling rather smelly and dirty but needed food and a drink first. Beautiful view looking over the lake with the moon shining over it. Had a great meal then off to hotel in the dark, had to turn on our bike lights as was really dark by now.

... had checked out the route the day before. Richard had charged off ahead and when we got to the first place where we had to decide which option we would take, he was nowhere to be seen. 10mins later we had found him, Margaret was not pleased. Still all was well and we carried on. The paths are wide and smooth and the bikes role along with ease. They are almost brand new. As ...
