... on the streets in Euope. Some call them professional beggars here as apparently many make a good living from it and many of the countries where they are have low unemployment and they think they do it as they choose to do it. But they are mainly in Southern and Central Europe. I haven't seen any since we left Paris. There weren't any in Amsterdam and none in Scandinavia countries. Not sure about the reason for this. Wondering if it is against the law ...
