Arrived on time and bought a Dutch sim card for my phone. I'll be here for a while and lots of people to contact and it will be handy for transport apps to have a bit of data too. Then off to get a transport card for travelling on the trains and maybe buses too.

I found the right train with one change at Zwolle and then Rosa met me at Groningen train station.

It is great to be here and it is sunny and warm!

The girls had a wonderful time patting them & the lambs in return seemed to thoroughly enjoy the attention. Hannah spent many hours devising a plan to acquire some sheep as pets when we returned home!

That night found us in a small National Park along the North Coast. We couldn't read the signs but it ...

So we travelled south driving on the motorways thru a tunnel under the river in Hamburg and headed for Bremen. The roads were blocked heading the other direction, I guess if there's been one accident then the whole motorway system shuts down. Luckily our way is flowing freely.
But not for long, soon we are in a traffic jam, moving very slowly, so we decide to exit at the next junction and head ...
