... he also charged 1e for water at the pumpout!
The campsite was very pleasant - even though he allocated MH pitches with us all crowded together, surrounded by acres of open space!

Farmers were out working in the fields, making hay and cultivating their crops of potatoes, cabbage and other vegetables. We saw only a few fields of corn which were about 2 feet tall.

In all seriousness though, I ...

... we had waffles at this amazing place and some poffertjes (om nom nom). Then Pappas decided he wanted to try a space cake so we wandered about (three were sold out) and finally got one from The Bulldog which we later discovered have fairly weak space cakes. After our coffee shop experience we went and had lunch while it kicked in at an amazing all you can eat sushi place called sumo. So yum! Pappas started feeling it a bit and giggled for about a minute and then it was ...
