These were yum, I got cheese, ham, egg and caramelized onion, and Maggie got a cheese and mushroom crape. Dessert was more crapes. YAY. They were delicious.

... As we lick our Belgium chocolate Australian ice cream we decide to make our way back to the train station which will take us home to Amsterdam.
The Alkmaar Cheese Market was a great insight to Dutch culture and was an entertaining showcase of Dutch farming talents. I traveled 4,134 miles from Minneapolis to Alkmaar to see people in eccentric outfits, who are surrounded by cheese and speaking in unique accents. I suppose I could have just gone to Wisconsin instead.
