... want Italian food on our first night in France. Then we spotted it; a little French restaurant with fillet mignon as chef’s choice for the day. Gray had the traditional mignon, but I chose frigolles fraiche with mine. The wine was good too.

We headed back to the hotel for a much needed big sleep after 8 hours on trains.

Tomorrow we head to our cottage in Auriol.
