    ... and walked down through the old town, to fetch up at the castle. We then spent a couple of hours exploring the ruins, walking the walls, climbing stairs to the top of turrets and generally having a hoot.     ... were sunbathing or lying in the alpine fields at the top of the mountain, others were picnic-ing and enjoying the countryside. We drove around the alpine line until we reached the area where the paragliders launch from on the mountain; it was much colder at the top and the strong wind was perfect for them to launch.
