Pogoda nie zawsze dopisuje :( Prognozowane monsuny zwiastuja pogorszenie aury.
Jedziemy wiec w podroz po okolicy.
Pieknymi serpentynami dojezdzamy do Orebica. Tam zwiedzamy malowniczy cmentarz marynarzy / o ile mozna mowic w ten sposob o takim miejscu/, ogladamy domy i wsiadamy na prom.
Niestety, o tej porze roku prom niee doplywa juz do centrum miejscowosci Korcula, wiec robimy polgodzinny spacer piechota. Za to nagroda - wspanialy obiad w ...

Due to the weather conditions, no-one went swimming in the morning and we arrived in Hvar a couple of hours earlier than planned. We had unexpectedly arrived on the eve of a national/island holiday (St Stephens martyr day) and some festivities were planned for the evening. The town is ...
... that style and would love this. All through this trip Ive been just the teensiest bit frustrated as I cant TALK TO ANYBODY! Myx French does me no good at all. So as we wandered around Diocletians Basement a French tour group came in and I finally felt a bit less limited. Everyone around us speaks so many languages and we are sooooo limited with our one. And scraps of German, French, and Spanish. Bill does speak fluent beer, or pivo ...
Split, Croatia commuter... his side and thinking it was Greg and Rimma. None were, though the
town was small enough that it was possible, so we settled down at a café near
where the direct ferry was to come (as he had thought we would take that one)
and waited. The town was similar to others in that it was white limestone
buildings, little churches, lots of boats moored, cafes and restaurants dotted along
the water and the water a stunning clear blue. All very inviting. We decided

... Isy obviously), a 36 year old French IT Technician called Stefan, two Aussie girls on a gap year, a couple of Geordie lads who had been left behind in Split by the rest of their group and some very drunk English girls. An interesting mix... we went to see 'Bruno' and had some drinks on the roof before heading out to what seeed to be Split's one and only club. It was sort of a mix between a cocktail bar, a chavy club and a beach bar. Que a lot of drinking by all ...
Split, Croatia isyrob1... feel to them than those in Scotland, and MUCH more so than those in Brooklyn Park or anywhere in Minnesota. There were palm trees and olive trees-- things I've never seen despite the places I've been. We met our guide for the next 10 days, Matti. He apologized for his English, said he was rusty, but I thought he spoke wonderful English. The drive to Medjugorje was about ...
Split, Croatia bluebells... wind had shut the road again! sure the sea was being whipped into a frenzy but that made every road north out of croatia shut. After a confused 30-45min break ourselves and a fellow camper braved the barrier and the closure to give it a whirl. It was a slow and tedious drive but far better than being camped out on a road for a night. Not liking this stretch of coast we powered on north choosing the Istrain Peninsula as a getaway spot. An extremly challenging period of ...
Split, Croatia edandlisa... largest open air club in the world. Rio. We met some other Aussies and they told us all about it, it was going to be a massive night. we went to the local shop and stocked up on the vodka. $6 for half a litre was a banging price and we drank the night away at the hostel. at 11 we kicked it to the venue, it was awesome, palm trees and little hut bars surrounded a big dance floor that housed a big lights display and stages for the djs do there ****. The club got really ...
Split, Croatia dunlop.ben... so we had dinner with them and the family of Assagio's owner/chef. I felt as though i was back in Seattle again. They were great people with great food and great local wine. Alot of greats going on...i know but it was that kind of evening. I dont think i stopped sweating until 9pm (due to the heat). All that heat also equals cheap date. Two glasses of wine and a rum and coke later I was feelin' goooooooood!! That was our last night on Vis and a memorable one at that!
