... small Riviera town to the next and back. One could ride to the last town, get off, explore, then stop at each additional town on the way back at no additional charge.

This was one of the most memorable days of our trip and I highly recommend this route, especially since the Cinque Terre is so overrun with tourists now, it is like waiting for a ride at Disneyland to see much of anything.

We were very lucky that the boats around to the 4 towns ...
