... and Mandy. His ambition is to come to Africa and dig a well . Can we organise that somewhere! Not Christians so another chance to talk about TCP and our motivation for what we do. Another guy with a 'church' background but moved away. It happens a lot. Sow a seed. Enjoying the sunshine and ambience here so think I'll stay another day and put off the next leg north. Why? ... Just discovered that a double click on space bar puts a full stop. Come on Dave. Why wasn't I told! Trying to follow Dave's exploits in Cardiff but he's obviously in the thick of it as it's been quiet from him for a few days. Praying keeps me feeling he's safe! It's a long way down Spain to nearly the bottom! Ok if you fly in - but by road. Hmm . It's going to be great to see Pete & Al at their Spanish place which I've heard so much about. I should arrive at Mojacar end of the afternoon after a relax in the morning either on the beach or by the pool. Both nice and warm. I plan to buy a better scale map of Spain and maybe take a less coast/motorway route back to S France. ...

... up in a glass elevator inside a spiral staircase, giving views out across the harbour. (Cartagena is a large naval and commercial port). Walked all around the castle, really one large square tower, and some ruins, climbing higher to better views and reading more as we went. Late start after John did some computer work. Decided to take the slow, non-motorway road close to the coast. Very disappointing scenery - high rises along the coast, obviously facing the sea. Every bit of land on the opposite side was taken up with growing fruit (mainly oranges) and vegies, or with derelict farm buildings. Not attractive at all. As we went south, the quality of high rises improved but still nothing ...
