... of wine for 25 Euros. They ranged in price from 0.65 Euros to 5 Euros. I didn’t know what all them were, but I figured that even if I didn’t like one or two of the wines, for those prices, I could afford to find out!

On the way back to the boat, I passed a bunch of other passengers from the Noordam. Had a couple of people ask where my cabin was so they could join the party! And I gave directions to the supermarket to all who asked. I was ...
Cartagena, Murcia, Spain and Canary Islands big_red_truck... and the Spainish.

Anyway, we were soon off the motor way and back on our loving country roads. The best thing about country roads is that there is always loads of fruit growing and today we managed to score some, normally expensive, melons! AWESOME. Definitely the best stolen fruit yet. But then we hit a serious mountain range, no clouds and a 40 degree heat. Honestly the ...
Águilas, Murcia, Spain chris_jones01... this for charity man, stop judging us. Unfortunately, the bus route map didnt help. so, we just followed our compass south until we accidently took a back road to a near by village. Then after seeing non motor way signs to a town we needed to get to we celebrated by sleeping on the grass. After a short sleep we followed the signs, which eventually led us on to a motor way, AGAIN. Nightmare. right, so we just gave up and set up camp in a near by national park ...

Bolnuevo, Region of Murcia, Spain luke_1989One may think that with the trouble we had in getting here, we weren't meant to be here. There was a fire on another train aheadd of us, and we were delayed by 2 hours. Then our train was having problems and we had to transfer to another train. All in all we arrived in Murcia at 12:45am, 4 hours late, but very excited to see Javier, Carmen and still waiting to see the girls who got up and went to school while we still slept.
Murcia, Region of Murcia, Spain jasieniukrtw... Roman theatre, a collusium, and much more. We stroll back down and take a boat excursion out to the Mediterranean Sea. It's an hour and a half and gives us some needed sea breeze, because it is a hot day today!! We eat our lunch, which looked very scary but tasted very good!! And headed back to the beaches of La Manga for some more sun tanning!
Cartagena, Spain mixty75... resort in the Murcia province of Spain. If you haven't heard of the place, it is kind of famous with British football stars on training camps and pre-season build up sessions. It usually ends up with a front page in the British tabloid press. "Collymore went bananas again at La Manga". None of that during our visit I'm afraid. A pirate party at the private beach was as hot as it got.
