... the clouds move enough so we can just see the peaks, particularly the reputedly most beautiful peak, west of Kanchenjunga, but the view is nowhere near as clear as our view out of our bedroom window yesterday! We take a lot of photos of the peaks, and back into the valley. While we are waiting, our guide digs up some red, fluted bulbs which he says is cardamom.
