... ricos, etc. En ^Štrbské Pleso hay un gran lago y unas sillas para subir a la montaña. Nosotros fuimos a pie siguiendo las rutas hasta llegar a unas pequeñas cascadas en la montaña. Desde otro de estos pueblitos hay un teleférico que te lleva a lo más alto de las montañas pero no pudimos ir porque cierra temprano.
Ya de vuelta en Poprad salimos a comer algo y a ver ...

We are cursed.
... and once the snow starting getting thicker we did debate calling it quits. But after asking a descending tramper how far it was to hut and finding out it was only 10 minutes we carried on. Shame to come so far and then turn back just short. The hut was a welcome sight. Aparrently the views are amazing. Google photos will have to inform us on that one as still, all we could see was white cloud with visibility down to 30m or so.

High Tatras, we finally made it!
... we managed to buy tickets, sprint for the platform (conveniently platform 1 right outside the ticket office) and jump on board with only seconds to spare!
After such a dramatic rush to get on the train, it was a huge disappointment when the train left 5 minutes late. I forgot, Eastern European trains always leave late. The train was packed, we were left standing at the end of a cabin for a 4 hour journey to Poprad. After an hour or so ...
