Overnight we cruised from Tunis to Palma de Mallorca arriving about midday and after having lunch we took the shuttle bus to get us into the centre of town. We had considered walking as they were charging €25 for a return for two which we thought expensive for a 10 minute bus ride. However it is a captured market and it was a good walk. Maybe a taxi would be no more expensive. Maybe we will try that next time! The shuttle dropped us near the centre of Mallorca and ...

In fact, in true John form, he managed to get stung on the ear - which was quite painful for a bit but seemingly fine after a pint! We stopped for another swim in the sea on the way back and it was amazing how clear the water was. ...

... school, James drove us to the east coast to Cala Mesquida (beach). In typical fashion, on the last day we find what was probably my favourite beach! Beautiful sand and crystal clear sea (it was genuinely like being in a pool!). The water was on a strange ledge which made the waves come in from all over the place - lots of fun. But it was also really easy to go quite far out and be completely secluded and very peaceful - the ...
