... amazing. Innsbruck has such an amazing change over the last 2 days it was unreal. Over the course of the afternoon the cloud washed in and out over the mountain. We weren't sure of the temperature, but a lad at breakfast had told me it was -15 when we had gone snow boarding on one of the mountains the day before.

Our instructor arrived and we headed off to the very baby area of the slope. He taught us to pizza and French fry, how to turn (apparently) ...

... the family. Mum, Dad and I headed out to watch the locals wind down for Christmas, source some Christmas lunch for tomorrow and sit in Hocus Pocus for a few cups for the afternoon.

... which flank either side of Innsbruck as the view is stunning; it is a truly magical place to watch the sun set on an evening.

There are several places in the centre of Innsbruck that I would recommend visiting. There is the city tower which costs €3.5 entry and gives you an incredible view of the city and the surrounding mountains, however just to warn you the steps are quite steep! Took the 4pm bus back to town & stopped at drugstore. Went to dinner at 7 & restaurant was packed. We got the last table & people were coming in until 8pm. After dinner we walked to the ice café and had some dessert & called it a night. BTW, the eis was .70€ for a one dip cone
