... Red deer!" A buck bounded away only about thirty feet away, but luckily our border collie puppy companion didn't see it. Luka lit up a cigarette as if it were the most natural thing in the world, and took a drag. We passed through a herd of cattle, and the puppy sprang to life, worrying them and trying to herd them. Unfortunately for him, the cows were bigger, and chased him through the field until he came to rest in the shade of a scrubby bush. Luka jumped off his horse and took ...

My adventure today was to explore this lake land area in its Autumnal season and to witness my first glacier of the tour.

The fever I have had over the last two days has sub sided and this morning I was feeling almost human again, the little tour bus picked me ...

... mere suggestion of a trek would have gone down faster than a pisco sour. We didn't even take a chairlift to Cerro companario, which according to national geographic is one of the top ten best views on the planet. Chairlifts... Pfft so commercial. Bariloche was alright but for all the wrong reasons of course. With our backpacks heaving with freshly, pressed threads, a few pounds heavier and a Belgian joining us we are heading to actually do something in Pucon. ...
