... to meet too many buses. We stopped at the small church and cemetery as we entered Bogomolje. Peters ancestors are buried here. I have never seen a cemetery like it. It is concrete built above the ground with openings to put the coffins down. Looking inside it has shelves so that numerous coffins can be placed in family crypts. ... there would be fireworks that evening, but the rumor put them much later in the evening so we weren't worried. Suddently the girl from the hostel comes hurtling and tells us that te fireworks start at 9:00 PM. In 4 minutes. Without a moment's thought we threw the dishes in the sink, grabbed the sandwiches and ran through the little steets down to the harbour a few hundreds of meters from the hostel! After the movie we went back out to the supermarket to grab something for dinner and ended up buying some chips, sauce and beers then went back to the hostel to cook them up. ... It seemed to be as soon as we crossed the border to Dubrovnik area that it started, not to bad at first just thought it regular hay fever. Nothing to moan about haha! By the 4th day they were so sore and red. Attempted eye washes and drops, no luck.
