... exterior part was nice. We ran into the Japanese guy again! It was weird like an Asian wheres waldo! He had had a tough morning culdnt get out of bed till 1pm after our fun night out!!! We then walked down down the dangerous slippery steps and dirt to another church St. Jovan Kaneo and it was on the side of the mountain with a beautiful view of the lake! Gorgeous really I could have thrown myself off the cliff into that beautiful water!!!

... after the afternoon heat had died down slightly. Arriving in the early evening also meant that for five glorious minutes, I had the castle all to myself, not another tourist in sight!

It was pretty much a perfect day on Lake Ohrid, and while you wouldn't think it, today was one of those rare instances when perfection could be improved upon - Spain beat Italy 4-0 in the Euro 2012 Final!!! ¡Viva ...

... rauhallisesta yhden hengen huoneesta ja seesteisestä meiningistä. Eipä pyörinyt muita turisteja jaloissa. Bitolassa sain taas kerran osoituksen Balkanin alueen ihmisten ystävällisyydestä. En ollut tehnyt mitään majapaikkavarauksia ja majatalo, johon pyrin, oli täynnä eikä kylässä ollut tietääkseni muita. Majatalon isäntä kuitenkin soitti pari puhelua ja heitti minut ilmaiseksi aivan keskustassa sijaitsevaan loistavaan private apartments -paikkaan erään perheen kotiin. Kämppä ...
