We watched (and listened to ) the famous (1400's) Astronomical Clock chime the hour. One myth surrounding this clock was that the city burghers put out the clockmaker's eyes when he had completed the clock so that he would never be able to make a more beautiful clock for any other city!!! Possibly apocryphal!!
I also managed to pop into a Salvidor Dali exhibition that was in one of the local galleries!!
I felt tired this morning, I think the last few days in Berlin were catching up on me, so I wasn't in a rush to get out the door. I had my free breakfast at the hostel, which is called Equity Point Hostels by the way, and then managed to get a Skype chat in with Jodi. It was nice to talk to her. take a leak that I ran into the girls’ toilets. I had no idea until Zoe (one of
the Swiss girls) pointed this out to me. This part was filled with dance music,
and for some reason we all ended up doing the limbo under a long straw, which
ended in me trying to limbo and drink at the same time, therefore, spilling gin
and tonic all down my back.
We eventually moved on to the next place ...

With lunch in our bellies and our dollar beers, after the currency conversion, we set out to the old town part of Prague. We headed out down a random road which led us to Whenscle Square. The square was alive with people taking pictures and bathing in the sun. The weather was in the high 80's. The people here didn't stare at you as they did in Spain or Italy. They were more reserved and kept to themselves. The language however is a jumble of gibberish and nonsense sounds that I can't get my mouth to make. They say that most of the meaning is in the tone but ...
