We set off for the sail to Skraden so we can head to the waterfalls tomorrow, passing Sibenik and Zaton on route. Both possibilities to stop at but did not feel secure so moved on. A great sail and we end up mooring up in a beautiful quiet inlet in Prokljansko Jezero for the night feeling very smug with all lines a shore...... Next thing a massive thunderstorm squalls through from a different direction to what ...

We stayed at a nice town but a terrible hotel. The rooms were incredibly small, no space for the suitcases to go, not even floor space and with no air conditioning. ... pool below the main falls. Jill had a better thought and we ended up doing the walk upstream of the falls first. A good idea as when we did eventually jump in it felt that much better. As the photos show there is no doubt that the main falls were worth the trip to see the park. What I didn't expect, and was so blessed to enjoy, were the board walk paths above it. Essentially the boardwalks traverse the giant river upstream of the falls. The entire ...

... better. Oh and we only had one sneaky toilette break (which no one saw...) and spotted one snake on route, so all in all a good trek ;)

Once at the falls we walked the whole way around them, including above them and all through them along a wooden suspended path. It was just beautiful, there were little falls coming from what seemed like everywhere and then forming numerous pools that were all ...
