We had a lovely sleep in and then went for a delicious swim in the crystal clear sea. It's soooo turquoise blue! You can see to the bottom of the water it is so salty and clean! The weather has been amazing 26 degrees. We then wandered into the village and had a lovely coffee. We ordered a Greek salad and saganaki (fried haloumi). God we are just getting so fat! Looking forward to our special day ...

... or fifth place on the starting grid. We quickly pick up a signpost for Corinth and head confidently for the hills. We know it's going to be a close shave to reach the ferry for Ithaki in time. But it takes three incredibly frustrating false starts before the stretch of motorway to Corinth finally opens up ahead of us. Hilli shuts her eyes while the Raven does his thing to make up for lost time... just as well because the road ...

P.S. Thank you for your good wishes re: my back. The spasms have gone thank goodness but I am still a bit sore in the hip which I guess is understandable, Apart from that all good.
