... potato. He loved it ( thanks Eckard) while I stuck to the tried and true schnitzel. After dinner across the road into Papa Joes, a well know jazz club. That night it was probably more blues/rock, with a gutsy female vocalist. Very casual looking, but boy, could she sing. In the breaks, she was out on the street smoking and drinking. Fortunately my feet knew the way home.

Today we slept in and took our time. It was our lazy day.

We got up and had some breakfast. We ordered a beehive pastry and a quiche to share.

We ended up in the Old Town to find that Australia were making cracking progress in the Third Test.

Further meandering through the old town and a trip to Kauf Hof Galleria (no German trip is complete without this department store) to get BB a new bag for her 'stuff' helped to fill the remainder of the afternoon before had to pack our bags and head for Berlin.
