    ... it...! I managed to get changed but then it moved on to the door post (which you pretty much have to brush up against to get out the shower) so I had to shout for Vicky to come and rescue me! Luckily she's a good friend!

    ... countries I have visited on this trip so far. I had also been up a couple of view-points and ran into some of the Americans from my hostel. The first business of the day in Quepos would be lunch at a soda. A soda is a budget cafe, and they don't have them near the hostel in Manuel Antonio. I found one that was close to the bus station and ordered a filling steak lunch for a very reasonable $7 (for Costa Rican prices) including a fanta.

    ... them go... He managed to sew the soles of the sandals back on!!! YAYYYYY!!!! I think I can get a few more years use out of them now!


    I am not ready to leave, not ready at all, but VERY excited about the next part of my adventure....It is bizarre to feel totally opposite “feelings” at the SAME time...

    ... it and lowered it , got the rubbish to take and a water container, then Andrew came over and offered me a ride in his dinghy. We went to the fish depository and I chose fillets of Dorado from a massive fish, as tonight an Italian boat is leving and we're having a small pot luck party.
    Tony has done a number of jobs today, moving the generator,fixing the faulty solar panels and making a mess! Too hot now so having a cold shower ...
