... the fort, which i was taken to by car by Yoshi one of the rider's at the house, who borrowed it from a friend, the garden around has a star fish shape which makes it quite different. Then we tucked in some ramen of course because that is the best dish ever! Yoshi knew a place nearby so we followed and it was good!

... which took us under the very impressive Seikan tunnel - which at 53.85km long (including a 240m-deep and 23.3km-long undersea portion) is the deepest and longest undersea tunnel in the world. Once at Hakodate we were quite shocked by the cold blast of wind that hit us - it was noticeably chilly here!
