We get up at 5am ready for our trip to Similipal Park, where we were told in the Lonely Planet we are most likely to see a wild elephant in India as well as the possibility of Tigers. Erg leuk natuurlijk :) Ik vind het verassend dat het in dit dorpje lastig is om een cola te bestellen. Tot nu toe, op al mijn reizen, kon je echt overal Coca Cola kopen. Hier is dat een uitdaging.

Malla kings terracotta temples
Train to Bishupur 155 rupees. Hotel 350. Guide no teeth takes us on rickshaws around the tiny lanes to the temples. Mix of muslim, hindu and buddhist back to 1600's. Poor drivers need get off and push the hills and chain comes off at times. Visited a saree shop. Takes a week to make and they 3500 rupees - no buyers. In fact we only visitors in town.
