Day 42-43 bush camping in Mandu Another early start and other days traveling! Not really much to say. For the next four days we had a cook called Rafik, he was a local man so knew the area well. Gino and Rafik found a place for us to camp, it was a field just off he road next to a little creek. It was OK although it drew a lot of attention from the locals who seemed to ...

We have been in Jamshedpur for 4 days now. Been staying with my cousin Navin, and his family. We have been eating soooo much. The Indian food which they have been cooking for us has been absolutely amazing!!!! They eat a cooked breakfast, then a cooked lunch ,and then a cooked dinner. They can't understand that we don't eat that much..... Chaya (Navin's wife) gets up at 4.30am to get breakfast and part of lunch cooked before she goes to work at 6.00am. She is ...

... you both know who you are) whilst dressed similarly and sometimes; on very rare occasions, in an advanced state of 'rehydration' too. On arrival at SHYAMA Hero I was given a map showing me the way to the service centre and was then offered to be shown the way. The showroom was really good and it just got better from there. The next thing I know is I've a salesman on the back and we're riding ...

... chai just prior to a single track bridge. What a mistake that was! Given the fact that every Indian driver is in a rush and nobody queues it didn't take long for the bridge to block up and it took two hours for the army/police to organise bridge clearing then some traffic control before we could ride over! We pulled up 10kms later and booked into a reasonable looking hotel but had to spend the night with more ...
