Hotel Servigroup La Zenia Alicante

El Hotel La Zenia es un hotel bonito. Es un hotel de 3 a 4 estrellas en una buena ubicación en la playa aproximadamente a 50 minutos sur del Aeropuerto de Alicante. Las habitaciones están bien amuebladas. La comida fue buena siguiendo los estándares para esta clase de hotel. El personal fue amable y servicial. El hotel forma parte de Servi Group Hotels. Reservamos directamente. Buen valor. Las compañías utilizan mucho este hotel para clientes que hacen viajes de inspección para comprar propiedad en el área. Hay una escasez de hoteles en esta área. Nos quedamos 2 noches, y me agradaría recomendarlo por su perfecta ubicación. Hay mejores playas como a 1.5 Km al sur. Afuera el hotel tiene una buena piscina por si hace buen clima. Adentro también tiene una piscina pequeña y climatizada, una sauna, etc. bajo un techo de vidrio, pero tienes que pagar 7€ para utilizarlo. PD. Si deseas un poco de lujo, trata el Campoamor Golf Hotel en las colinas cercanas aproximadamente a 5 Km. Nos hospedamos allí durante las primeras 2 noches. Vistas hermosas y pájaros cantando. Yo recomendaría Car Hire en el aeropuerto si te hospedas en esta área. Tommy el Turista

Éste de ninguna manera es el mejor hotel del mundo, pero es simplemente el mejor hotel de 3 estrellas en el cual me he hospedado, y yo viajo por Europa entre 7-8 veces al año. El personal es amable, el hotel es limpio, y la comida es como un 8 de 10, pero de todas maneras yo iría a algunos de los restaurantes locales. También recomiendo sumamente el Club Scala, que queda a una corta distancia en taxi.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The rooms were of a very good standard with air conditioning. The food was excellent value for money with a large variety, plenty for teenagers! The downside to the hotel was that there wasn't much to do or anywhere to go at night within walking distance ie. no gift shops, bars, restaurants etc. It was quite isolated with no other neighbouring hotels. Next door to the hotel was a small cafe/bar called M+M's, the food was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly- they made our holiday!

Stayed at La Zenia for a long weekend in Feb 06, asked for a sea view and although the hotel was quite empty didnt get one, the french windows didnt close properly and being up quite high the wind whistled through the crack all night, in desperation i stuffed magazines in the gap to reduce the wind and the cold.

Breakfast good with plenty of variety, would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room

as this is rated four stars and it took ages when ordering from reception, blankets a bit

iffy on the beds but you probably wouldnt need them if you get windows that close!!

Hotel La Zenia is a nice Hotel 3 to 4 Star Hotel in a Good Beachside Location approx. 50 minutes south of Alicante Airport. The rooms are well furnished. The food was Good as hotel standards go for this type of hotel. The staff were friendly and helpfull.The hotel is part of the Servi Group Hotels, we booked direct good value. The hotel is used a lot by Companies using it for clients on inspection trips to buy property in the area. There is a shortage of Hotels in this area we stayed 2 nights and I would be Happy to Recommend it for Location Location Location. There are better beaches about 1 mile south.

The hotel has a good outside pool if the weather is good, it also has a small heated indoor pool sauna etc. under a glass roof but you have to pay € 7 to use it.

P.S. If you want a Bit of Luxury try the Compoamor Golf Hotel up in the nearby hills approx 3 miles away we stayed there for our first 2 nights, lovely views and birds singing.

I would recommend Car Hire from the Airport if staying in this area.

This Hotel is not the best in the World by any means but it is simply the best 3star Hotel I have ever been in and I travel around Europe 7-8 times per year. The staff are friendly, the Hotel is clean and the food is about 8 out of 10 but I would go to some of the local restaurants anyway. I also highly recommend the Club Scala which is a very short cab ride away.

We've been to this hotel several times, it's traditional Spanish style luxury inside, the food can sometimes not be amazing but then again it's All Inclusive usually, so its mainly a supply of burgers etc being left out most of the time, and replenished now and then.

The rooms are large and comfortable with solid oak doors, when we visited with my aunt once, we took her out onto the balcony having never been abroad before, and told her to open her eyes to the view, which is just the ocean as far as the eye can see, she said "Oh! I'm in paradise!"

It's in a lovely location, RIGHT on the beach (wear flip flops, it's HOT sand!), and has a good pool, kids pool, park, and lots of activities during the day and varied shows at night as well as arcade games.

I love this hotel, and would be more than happy to visit it again someday.

Like many people in the area we were buying property and stayed here through an agent. The hotel was very good and clean with large rooms and great sea views. The food was limited but OK, entertainment in the evening was good and the bar was very busy with locals, expats etc and had a good atmosphere.

Very nice pool area and the beach next door is excellent and clean.

If I was staying in the area, I'd go for hotel La Laguna (about 30 mins away) which is excellent and in a different class. However, don't be put off staying here, it's good. Hope this helps

only one problem with towels which was just a human error which could happen anywhere. Overall stay was very enjoyable and I wouldnt hesitate to go back to hotel myself or tell friends about it. Entertainment good, very clean hotel with nice decor, staff friendly and helpful and positioned in a very lovely sight.
