I get woken up about 7:00 and soon after the guy wants to convert the beds back into seats. We get to the boarder about 9 am and have to take everything off the train. ... one picture on my camera. There is apparently a restaurant on the top of the tower called horizons, the tower is 540ft and is the second highest in the country. A British base jumper fell to her death from the top of it in 2010, it's used for this Alot! The whole area at the base of the tower was covered in Malaysian flags so thought it appropriate to pose for a pic with one, Miss Malaysia eat your heart out :) Early night and get ready to take 2 flights to get to Phuket ...

... a boat to take us there. As this would have cost 1800 baht, almost an entire day’s budget, we ruled out this option straight away. Which meant we had to decide between paying to go back to town and finding somewhere to stay until the morning or getting a ferry to Langkawi, a Malaysian island, from where we could continue our journey to the Malaysian mainland at our leisure.
